On December 21, 2023, the annual assembly of the Serbian Geological Society (SGS) was held at the Faculty of Mining and Geology (University of Belgrade). On this occasion, at the invitation of the Society’s management, the project leader of DEMONITOR, Professor Dr. Miloš Marjanović, had an excellent opportunity to present the basic concept, methodology, and objectives of the project to colleagues. In addition to the DEMONITOR project, other projects from the PRIZMA program, under the leadership of the Faculty of Mining and Geology, were also presented at the gathering.
We eagerly await the next opportunity to share our devilish story and soon the first results with colleagues from academia and industry, to exchange experiences, receive constructive suggestions, and encourage some of them to work in the future on preserving sites of national importance.
